We accept two payment methods:

Paying with Credit Card
A credit card is a payment card issued to users (cardholders) to enable the cardholder to pay a merchant for goods and services, based on the cardholder's promise to the card issuer to pay them for the amounts so paid plus other agreed charges.
- Please, visit our PolBox.TV page using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. In order to avoid problems with the fee and use of the site, please do not use Internet Explorer.
- To make a payment you should be registered and logged on PolBox.TV.
- After you are going to the 'Shop' section and selecting the appropriate product, please press on the 'Shopping Cart' (top right).
- After entering the shopping cart and pressing, 'pay now', please check that all data is correct!
- Please, select the payment method Credit Card and agree to the terms of the contract (there must be two selections ☑).
- You can make a deposit using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), which have a security code. The security code is the last 3 or 4 digits on the reverse side of the payment card, under the magnetic stripe (or where your signature is).
- Then you will go to the bank page with which PolBox.TV cooperates. Please fill in all data correctly. On the bank website in the Province line, please select N / A for all countries, except USA (select province).
- After clicking 'Pay Now', please enter your credit card number, security code, expire date.
You will receive a confirmation email by email. You will receive your subscription number and password after 10 minutes of payment.
Warning! If the transaction was not completed, please try again and verify that all data is correct. If the next transaction aborted, please report whether the payment method select correctly and contact the bank to refinance foreign transactions.

Paying with Payment Card:
A payment card is an electronic payment instrument, which is one of the tools for remote access to money deposited in a bank account.
- Please, visit our PolBox.TV website using Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox. In order to avoid problems with the payment and use of the site, please do not use Internet Explorer.
- To make a payment you should be registered and logged on PolBox.TV.
- After you are going to the 'Shop' section and selecting the appropriate product, please press on the 'Shopping Cart' (top right).
- After entering the shopping cart and pressing, 'pay now', please check that all data is correct!
- Select Payments Payment Card (Visa, MasterCard), accept the terms of the agreement (there must be one selection).
- Payment with the Payment Card will make by the Pays Mobile website (the bank with which PolBox is affiliated). Please complete all data correctly. Please enter your credit card number, cardholder's name, expiration date (security code if card contains this code).
- Then press 'MAKE A PAYMENT'. You will receive a confirmation email by email.
You will receive your subscription number and password after 10 minutes of payment.
Warning! If the transaction was not completed, please try again and verify that all data is correct. If the next transaction aborted, please report whether the payment method select correctly and contact the bank to refinance foreign transactions.

About regular payments:
- Payment Method Availability: Currently, recurring payments are only available via PayPal. While other payment methods may be added in the future, PayPal is the only option at this time.
- Managing Subscriptions (Recurring Payments): To cancel a recurring payment (subscription), log in to your account and go to the My Plans tab. From there, click the 'Cancel' button next to the recurring payments you want to cancel. After canceling, you will receive an email with a link to reactivate the subscription if you decide to resume it under new terms. Please note that canceling the subscription will not affect your active plan, which will remain valid until the end of the current paid period.
- Changing Subscriptions: To make changes to your subscription (e.g., modify the recurring payment plan), you must first cancel the current subscription. Afterward, you will receive an email with a link to resume the subscription under new terms. You can add a recurring payment to your current plan at any time, as long as your plan remains active.
- Plan Activation Date: If you purchase a new plan with a recurring payment option, it will be automatically activated. However, if you want to set up a recurring payment for a current plan, it must be active; otherwise, you will receive an error. Changing the plan’s activation date will cancel the recurring payment. You can only set up a subscription if the plan is currently active.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. You will have an additional 24 hours to resolve the issue before your access to the service is disabled, allowing time to address the problem and continue using the service.
- Coupons: Discount coupons are not available for recurring payment.
- Dealer Offers: Recurring payments are not available for dealer accounts.
- Discounts: Social and loyalty discounts can be applied to recurring payments. If you change your loyalty discount, you will need to re-confirm the subscription to continue using the service.
- Promotions: Recurring payments are not eligible for promotional offers.

The customer covers the shipping costs of returning the equipment.
Purchased equipment can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Please provide the following information:
- Internet order number
- Full address from which to pick up the products
- Contact phone number.
The payment will be refunded to the card account that was made the fee.
How long does it take to get your money back?
The funds will be placed in your bank account after 3-5 days. What to do if you receive a defective product? If you have any problems with the new PolBox.TV product or if you are concerned about its performance, contact PolBox.TV customer service immediately to report a defect.You will receive an address where you will need to send your damaged device. Upon receipt of a faulty device, PolBox.TV will contact you.
