Their family was broken after a wealthy husband died. The only way out of poverty is to marry one of the girls to a prince who is holding a ball to find a bride. But just as in the old tale, the royal invitation is exclusive, reserved only for “beauties.”
Elvira has no chance to get a prince’s heart, but she must surpass Agnes, no matter the cost. The only way she found is to improve her appearance on her own. And you will see every detail of Elvira’s desperate transformation.

Frankenstein

2025, Horror
USA, Mexico, R
Director: Guillermo del Toro
Top Cast: Oscar Isaac, Jacob Elordi, Mia Goth, Christoph Waltz
You will hear a lot about this new adaptation of Mary Shelley’s classic novel by Guillermo del Toro, because the filmmakers mounted a huge marketing campaign and assembled a truly all-star cast.
The film tells the story of Victor Frankenstein (Oscar Isaac), who wants to conquer death itself, partly due to a personal trauma. This intense desire leads him to a frightening experiment: he creates life from dead flesh.
Initially, he sees this as his greatest success. However, frightened by the grotesqueness and unexpected strength of his Creation (Jacob Elordi), Victor disowns it, abandoning his “child” to a cruel world.

Bring Her Back

This thriller comes from the directors of Talk to Me. Two step-siblings are orphaned and placed in the care of a new foster mother. At first, Laura seems caring, but her behavior grows increasingly strange and manipulative.
She begins to favor Piper heavily, seeing her as a replacement for her own deceased and visually impaired daughter. Andy, who desperately tries to protect his sister, soon suspects that Laura’s hospitality is far from selfless.
Gradually, Andy realizes the truth: Laura isn’t just seeing his sister as her daughter; she is trying to involve her in a horrifying occult ritual to move the soul of the dead Katie into the living Piper’s body.

Alien: Earth
IMDb: 7.2/10
2025, Sci-Fi, Horror, Thriller
USA, TV-MA
Director: Noah Hawley
Top Cast: Sydney Chandler, Alex Lawther, Samuel Blenkin, Timothy Olyphant
This is another film set in the Alien universe, with the events taking place roughly two years before the 1979 movie.
The plot focuses on a team of tactical soldiers and a young hybrid girl named Wendy. Their deep-sea research vessel, the USCSS Maginot, crashes on Earth. This crash unleashes Xenomorphs into a populated area.
Unlike the other films in the franchise, Alien: Earth explores a wider view of a post-apocalyptic world. It’s not just a classic horror story about humanity encountering the unknown; the film also functions as a broad satire on a future society where life and death are nothing more than bargaining chips in the corporate world.

Soon after, Tim and Millie start feeling an irresistible physical pull toward each other. This is not romance; it is a literal, horrifying merging of flesh.

Haunted Hotel
IMDb: 7.7/10
2025, Animation, Comedy, Horror
USA, TV-MA
Director: Matt Roller
Top Cast: Will Forte, Eliza Coupe, Skyler Gisondo, Jimmi Simpson
This is a comedy-horror movie about a group of friends who take a weekend trip to the luxurious but clearly abandoned “Grand Atlantic” Hotel in New Orleans. From the moment they arrive, the characters realize the hotel has a dark past. They later encounter ghosts and poltergeists there.
The evil spirits can only communicate with the living through jazz and blues songs. When the ghosts start haunting the group, they don’t just scare them; they sing and dance about their old traumas, the injustice they suffered, and their desire for revenge. The main characters are then forced to respond to the ghosts in kind.
