This is a new musical film based on the famous sad story “Romeo and Juliet” by William Shakespeare. Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet, whom we know well, fall in love. They do this even though their families, the Montagues and the Capulets, have been enemies for a long time.
Different from the original play, the movie seems to take place during the Renaissance period and wars. However, it uses new, modern songs written by artists who won Grammy Awards.
The story is about their secret love, their marriage, and a sad misunderstanding. In the end, this misunderstanding makes the two enemy families finally make peace.
