The HDMI cable is type A plug at both ends. This cable can be used for watching television in HD-quality.
17 . What is the difference between LAN and WiFi?
LAN and WiFi are the means for connection a decoder to the Internet.
LAN is a connection to the Internet using cable, and WiFi is a wireless connection.
Our decoders with WiFi module can also be connected to the Internet using a LAN cable.
Customers with a bad WiFi speed are recommended to connect the decoder to the internet using a LAN cable.
18 . What are the minimum requirements for Internet access for watching PolBox.TV?
To watch TV channels in standard quality (SD) we recommend Internet connection speed of at least 2 Mbit/s. Channels in HD quality - at least 10 Mbit/s.
When you have two TVs, these indications should be 4 Mbit/s for SD channels and 20 Mbit/s for HD-channels. When using three TVs - 6 Mb/s (SD) and 30 Mbit/s (HD).
19 . What should I do if the picture freezes?

20 . What should I do if the picture with the text "No signal" appears on the TV?
